2. Risk classification

Pursuant to Art. 50 of EU Regulation 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), AI systems classified as limited risk that interact with natural persons are subject to transparency obligations: users must be informed they are interacting with an AI system.

AI Evolution's KB Assistant is classified as limited risk because:

  • It does not make binding automated decisions affecting people's rights
  • It does not process biometric data or special categories of data
  • It is not used in high-risk areas (healthcare, justice, education, employment)
  • Users are free not to interact with the system

3. System limitations

  • The assistant responds based on AI Evolution's knowledge base — it may not have information on all topics
  • Responses are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies
  • For important decisions, always verify with the AI Evolution human team
  • The system does not have access to real-time information

4. Human oversight

AI Evolution regularly monitors aggregated (anonymised) interactions to verify the quality and accuracy of responses. You can report incorrect or inappropriate responses to [email protected].

5. No high-impact decision making

The AI system on this site is not used for:

  • Credit or financial assessments
  • Job application screening
  • Healthcare or legal decisions
  • Behavioural profiling for targeting purposes
